As most of you know, I am currently out of work.

In an effort to start trying to bring in a little money - even a trickle - I have begun publishing articles at Associated Content:

I should point out two things:

1. I get paid according to the number of hits to _all_ of my articles, combined, not just one,

and 2. AC is free to sign up for anyone to publish content on - and get paid for...and since I'm home at the moment, I have nothing better to do than click on my friend's article links, especially as it doesn't cost me anything but a click.....

Why Precedence Is Everything

So, yeah -- As long as a court mandates that they "have" to have a DNA sample from you in order to proceed in a case, using "reasonable" force against you to obtain that sample is perfectly legal, as long as you are not hurt too much in the process, and said evidence can then be used against you in a criminal trial, meaning that evidence you are compelled to surrender can be used to incriminate you.
